1. Knead all of the ingredients for the pastry, roll out the pastry and line a quiche dish. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Stir the eggs, crème fraîche, grated cheese and herbs together. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3. Spread the base of the dish with the tomatoes. Pour the mixture evenly over the tomatoes. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden.
