• 200 g honey
• 75 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 package gingerbread spice
• 1/2 pinch of salt
• 400 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 15 g cocoa

1. Melt butter, sugar, and honey in a pan into a liquid until the sugar is no longervisible. Allow this very sweet mixture to cool before stirring inthe egg and spices. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa with 2/3 of the sweethoney mixture and knead the remaining 1/3 of the mixture by hand. Now the dough canbe rolled out thin. It is important that the work surface has been sprinkled with flour, becausethe dough will be very sticky thanks to its percentage of honey.

2. Take the cut-out templates and cut the small roofs and side wallsof your miniature gingerbread house using the templates.

3. The small pieces can now be baked at 150°C for 5 to at most 8 minutes. Allowthe gingerbread to cool and stir the powdered sugar and water into a thick, stickymass. Now you can build your little houses. We recommend that you wait until the powdered sugar is dry throughoutbefore decorating.
