• 200 g goat’s cheese roll
• 4 ripe figs
• 4 sprigs of rosemary
• 4 teaspoons of honey

Baked goat’s cheese with rosemary figs and honey


Cut the cheese into 8 slices, halve the figs - for every two pieces of cheese, place half a fig and a rosemary sprig on top in an ovenware dish, coat with a teaspoon of honey and heat on the barbecue or in the oven until the cheese starts to melt.
